Journeys to Health

Do you have difficulty attending medical appointments?

If you are registered at any of the surgeries listed below, then we can help.

Journeys to Health enables those who have no access to other forms of transport to attend GP and hospital appointments.

Residents will need to register for the service and pre-book their journeys a minimum of 48 hours in advance.

Fares apply for this service, (help may be available if you are in receipt of certain benefits, ask for details).

Our office is open between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm Monday to Friday.
